GAPP Architects and Urban Designers, a leading architectural and urban design firm, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Architect/Senior Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 10 years of work experience. This individual will play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of our educational and institutional projects across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to the design, documentation, and construction phases of projects.
Demonstrate a strong ability to produce detailed working drawings and coordinate services with other disciplines.
Proficiency in Revit is essential for this role (minimum 5 years).
Be based in our Johannesburg office.
Requirements:
Formal qualification as an Architect or Architectural Technologist from a recognized institution.
Valid SACAP registration.
Positive team spirit and excellent team player.
Self-driven, proactive, autonomous, and reliable.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
"Can do" attitude with a proactive "go-getter" mindset.
10 or more years of relevant architectural experience as described above.
Proficient in Revit, Autocad, and the full Microsoft Office suite.
Contract Options:
